Mind my work
Transform yourself and your organisation
to a more holistic way of being and doing
Integrating mindfulness and embodied awareness into leadership, work culture, strategy, and innovation
— to lead from presence toward the emerging future
It is in the pause, the breath, the deeper listening, that truly new ideas begin to take shape.
Real change begins when we sense it in our bodies and envision it in our minds.
Do you feel stuck in your innovation and strategy processes and sense a need for a more mindful approach?
Are you looking for a more conscious and human way to lead change — one that aligns inner clarity with outer impact?

Do you want to bring more attention and intention into your everyday work culture — from meetings to collaborations?

I help organisations and professionals co-create a future of work that is not only effective — but conscious, re-generative, collaborative, and future-fit.

Explore the future-fit
workplace

In many organizations today, strategy moves faster than people can follow. Employees feel stretched, purpose gets diluted, and decisions are made without space to reflect on what truly matters. When we move too fast, innovation becomes surface-level — driven by urgency rather than insight.
At Mind my work, I bring the mind and the body into the work. Because if we truly want to transform ourselves and our organizations, we have to feel it — not just think it. Real change begins when we sense it in our bodies and envision it in our minds. That’s when new futures can start to unfold.
I help leaders, teams, and professionals slow down — so they can realign with purpose, rebuild connection, and move forward with clarity and insight. This work is about more than just stress reduction or smarter processes. It’s about creating organizations that are whole, conscious, and fit for the future — by integrating presencing into the heart of your culture, processes and strategy.

I combine tools and perspectives from Theory U, systems thinking, strategic and embodied foresight, co-creation, mindfulness and visualizations — woven together to support more meaningful leadership, more authentic collaboration, and more innovative outcomes.

Take the first step toward a more mindful, intentional, and holistic way of working.
Let’s co-create the future — from the inside out.

Core workshops
Leading from within.
Facilitating mindful processes for self-awareness and personal leadership
Develop your inner capacity to lead with clarity, intention and agency.
Through guided practices in mindfulness, reflection, and personal inquiry, I help leaders and individuals navigate change, reconnect with their calling, and align their inner intention with their outer work.
Envision what's next.
Cultivating leadership through purpose, self-awareness and agency
Explore emerging futures from a place of a presence and a clear intention. I help organizations reflect on their current position, hidden patterns and unspoken assumptions and lead them to a new place where alternative futures can be imagined and taken action on.
Lean into better ideas. Innovating from presence — not pressure
New ideas emerge from presence, not pressure. I guide teams through innovation processes that integrate meditation, deep listening and rapid prototyping. By shifting into a more open, receptive state — what neuro science calls theta — we create the space for surprising insights, deeper connections, and truly original thinking to emerge.

Why My mind work?

Mind my work is an invitation to bring more presence, purpose, alignment, and direction into how we lead, collaborate, and create.
A often recited quote goes 'we cannot solve tomorrow’s problems with today’s mindset'. How do we change mindset? What mindset do we bring to our work, to our innovation-and change processes, our leadership, and our relations? Real transformation doesn’t begin with more tools or strategies — it begins with attention and awareness to what is!
We need to bring attention to how we navigate the personal, organizational, societal and global systems we are part of. When we become conscious of what drives us — our patterns, habits and assumptions — we open the door to something new, a sensing of an emerging future (to use a term from the Presencing Institute). From there, we can begin to lead and act from a more meaningful purpose. We can reconnect our inner clarity with our outer action.
This is the purpose behind mind my work.
Mind my work - multiple meanings:

-
Mind as in attention and intention — the awareness I bring into my working life and the way I lead myself and others.
-
Mind as in the gaze of others — how my work is seen and received
-
Work as in my job, my livelihood
-
Work as in my calling, my contribution to the world
